Once again, Phoenician Pool Service and Repair knocked it out of the park. My old, burned out variable speed pump and my single speed in floor cleaning pump gave in to old age and burned out after 10-11 years of use. Broq was my technician again and installed a new VSP and replaced all of the gaskets in my leaking single speed pump. Doug could have easily up-sold me on my single speed pump and milked me out of another $400 to replace it. Instead, his honest opinion that the pump and motor just needed the gaskets replaced saved me hundreds. The repair was done on time and VERY reasonably priced. I'm very impressed by how this company does business. I won't use anyone else for my pool repair needs. Thanks Phoenician!

I was referred to this service by my pool contractor Pegasus Pools. They took me through the orientation of care and they also provide the pool cleaning at the home. This company provides personal service to their customers, you are not just a number and comfortable with them on the property. Pools do take maintenance on the owners part to ensure the filters are cleaned regularly and you drain and clean the pool every couple of years. When the recent rain storms came in, the pool was closing to flooding twice. I contacted them and they provided the detailed instructions to drain the levels. Doug and his team are excellent and always available to answer questions.

I contacted Doug at Phoenician Pool Service and Repair to get a quote on a drain, acid wash, bead blast and filter replacement from sand to cartridge. Aside from some plumbing work required to update my equipment that was pretty much all I needed to have done. I also got a quote from 6 other companies as well. Phoenician Pool came back with a very fair price compared to the many other companies and Doug was a down to earth, tell it like it is type of guy. I went with Phoenician and I'm so glad I did. Doug, Brent and others that did work on my pool did a fantastic job and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing repairs or just having your pool serviced.
